This page lists resources and materials that we’ll be using in the course. At the bottom, we point you to further resources that might be of interest.
Note that some of the listed resources are dynamic and ever changing. That means occasionally links might not work, sites go offline, chapters in online books get re-arranged, etc. If you notice anything that’s not quite right, let us know.
Simulation Modelling for Immunologists. An introduction we wrote on the topic. You will see a lot of overlap between that paper and the course materials. You might want to read the paper before the course, then maybe re-read a few more times during and after the course.
We’ll mention primary research papers in the course. For your convenience, this zip file contains most of those references (and some more that we might not get to cover).
